Important dates for the 2026 garden season

The application deadline for all gardeners is March 31, 2026. 

In 2026, there will be three Opening Days: Wednesday, April 22; Saturday, April 25; and Sunday April 26 from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. If you cannot attend any of the opening days, please contact the Grounds Coordinator, Marsha Zelmanski.

Midvale Community Garden Committee Meetings are held on the last Tuesday of the month at 6:00 p.m. at Sequoya Library and over Zoom (subject to change). All gardeners are invited.

Spring yard waste pickup for those who need to clear out their plots of winter leftovers (not garlic) will be Sunday, April 19 and Sunday, May 10, 2026. All waste should be placed at the curb on Midvale Blvd. Separate woody waste from plant waste.
